About the Authors

Alexander T. Wells (Deland, Florida) is a onsultant and adjunct professor in the Aviation Business Administration Department at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. The author of a number of leading aviation industry texts, he also wrote Commercial Aviation Safety, second edition, also from McGraw-Hill.

Seth B. Young (Upper Arlington, Ohio) is Professor of Aviation at Ohio State University and co-author with Horonjeff of Planning and Design of Airports, fifth edition.
