Liv Haselbach, Ph.D., P.E., LEED-Accredited Professional, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Washington State University. Her teaching and research focus on sustainable construction, pervious concrete, low-impact development, environmental issues with concrete, alternative transportation, and air pollution. Dr. Haselbach serves on many national and international committees, including ASTM E60 (Sustainability), ACI 130 (Sustainability), ASCE LID (Low Impact Development), and ISO TC71/8 Environmental Management of Concrete and Concrete Structures.

David S. Findley (South Huntington, NY)
is an Assistant Professor at Farmingdale State College. He is also the owner of Synergy New Technology, a not-for-profit organization that develops and sells green technology, provides global solutions with the development of partnerships with government, corporations, education, venture capitalists, and individuals, and develops local, regional, and national climate change projects. Mr. Findley has six years of college engineering, green technology education, business, and environmental sciences education. He has overseen the development of a green engineering sciences curriculum. Mr. Findley also has 3 years of environmental science and green business development.
