About the Authors

Mark R. Miller (Tyler, TX) is a professor of technology and coordinator for the industrial management programs in the Department of Human Resource Development & Technology at the University of Texas at Tyler. He teaches technology courses for future middle managers and has authored or co-authored more than 35 technical books and numerous technical articles.
