About the Authors
Joseph M. Juran (deceased) was an international leader in the quality management field for over 70 years and considered the father of quality management. As a member of the Board of Overseers he helped to create the US Malcolm Bainbridge National Quality Award and received over 50 medals and awards from 14 countries. He is the founder of the Juran Institute, Inc. and is the author of over 20 books.
Joseph A. De Feo (Southbury, CT) is recognized as the current generation thought leader, researcher, author and consultant in the management of quality. For over 20 years he was a trainer, consultant, executive coach, and now President of Juran Institute and the successor to Dr. Juran. He has co-authored two books and over one hundred publications.
